Dr. Keri Leah Fair, MD

Terrible experience. She basically medically gaslight me.

I have seen Dr. Keri Fair many times over several years for a variety of matters. Dr. Fair is always a considerate listener, kind, helpful, conscientious, patient and knowledgeable. She always remembers me too even though my visits are often far apart. I think she is an excellent doctor.

Dr Keri Fair was recommended to me by Dr Humowiecki. She is professional, warm, and takes her time with you and she asks how you are doing looking at you. And that is because she cares for you. And I am Bea Meints-Lucille. She doesn't just sit there quiet, she hears you.

I was not a patient of Dr. Fair, but my 85-year-old grandmother with Alzheimer's disease was. My family and I found Dr. Fair to be very disengaged from my grandmother's care, which is very troubling for a primary care physician (PCP). In my interaction with Dr. Fair, she ALWAYS referred me to "the specialist" (her words). When I called to ask about getting my grandmother possibly receiving in-home care, she told me that she wasn't sure how that worked, and I needed to call "the specialist." When I called the specialist, she told me the PCP had to initiate in-home care. The information listed in the evidence of coverage manual that explains my grandmother's Medicare benefits, confirmed that. As an elderly patient, my grandmother sees multiple doctors and she has received prescribed medications from each. We expected Dr. Fair, as the PCP, to tie that all together and to be knowledgeable about my grandmother's overall healthcare and well-being. However, we found Dr. Fair to be… detached and clueless. Fortunately, a friend who is a nurse, suggested that we take my grandmother to a geriatric doctor. Since we've done that, things have been so much better. I wonder why Dr. Fair never suggested that? She clearly has little experience in dealing with seniors and medication therapy management.

I love Dr. Fair and her team. She is so responsive and understanding.
