Dr. Keri Hall saved my life in 2014. Emergency room physicians had prescribed steroids to alleviate acute pain in my collarbone. Dr. Hall intervened and prescribed tests that resulted in diagnosis of a rare bacterial infection. Each of the two steps - - stopping the steroids and diagnosing the bacteria - - were critical in stopping life threatening sepsis. If the two previous reviewers were so knowledgeable about their conditions why did they need a specialist? I would award 10 stars to Dr. Hall in several categories, most especially accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Hall's bedside manner is atrocious. She immediately left the room to "review my labs" for 15 minutes. She came back in and based solely on labs that another doctor had ordered, made pronouncements about my health that were completely off-base and inaccurate. She said I was not suffering from an infectious disease and would not test me further, when I have been diagnosed by a more competent physician with two infectious organisms since. Her incompetence is dangerous and her know-it-all attitude is completely off-putting. If you are referred to her, cancel your appointment and seek help elsewhere.

She was aloof and they never even got my papers from me that they had me fill out about my past history and family history. Also, I complained of neuro symptoms and she did not do a neuro exam. She just talked about how I did not have Lyme as determined by the CDC. She told me to go back to my primary care doctor and work with her with my symptoms. Left wondering why I paid a $70 copay for her expertise. Not a good visit.
