Dr. Keri Jean Thompson, DO

Dr. Thompson is such a joy. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. She delivered my son via c-section and the scar was amazing!!! I was really impressed I drive from Harrison Township all the way over to Novi just to be a patient of hers!

I was referred to Dr. Thompson from my PCP for abnormal bleeding and ultrasound results. My first appointment with Dr. Thompson was very informative. She explained everything to me, answered all of my questions and was very patient. We decided I should have a D&C done which I was very nervous about but Dr. Thompson laid out all of my options and was very open to my needs. For the actual D&C it was easy peasy. I was in and out and in very little pain. She even called me the next day to check up on me and deliver my results. She is by far the best doctor I have ever been to.

Being considered a highly sensitive patient that is terrified of surgery, Dr Thompson was very comforting during my emergency c-section. She was the on call doctor that evening and despite my scared dramatic behavior she was still very nurturing. Although I did not have an overall pleasant experience at Providence Hospital, and decided to go elsewhere to birth my second child. I am really wishing Dr Thompson was able to deliver at a different location. Regarding my post surgical experience, everything healed up nicely and the scar is minimal for what it represents. No complaints here.

Very professional and great listener! Shares information that are applicable to the patients case and don't push you to do what you don't want. First time meeting her was an assuring and calm experience.
