Dr. Kern Scott Koo, DO

Dr.Koo has been my primary Dr. for a long time I am very happy with his services, pleasant and professional office environment and care.

Excellent doctor who truly cares. When he has to refer out to specialties, he gives great referrals to other similar compassionate and brilliant doctors.

Are not willing to accept new patients. Receptionists are rude and has a bad attitude!! Receptionist cuts you off before you get to finish your sentence.

I saw Dr Moo twice for routine check up and Rx refills. I called him a few times in the past month. My call was never returned and his voice mail was full. To be 70 plus yrs old when my primary MD has retired and not be able to find good care in Queens, N.Y.. is scary. I devoted my working life to geriatric counseling. Now I am a geriatric...without a doctor????

Dr. Koo is disrespectful, condescending, and simply does not know how to treat nor speak to his patients.

I never had a doctor that care as much as Dr Koo.He cares a lot and takes time to talk to me and give me the best advise.I will NEVER go to another Doctor.I used to be heavy and my knees hurted me a lot i was in a wheel chair.Dr Koo told loose weigh and you will feel much better and probably walk again without help.I did what he told me,and today i,m walking hardly have a ny pain and lost 40lbs and feel great.By the way...no surgery on my knees.Love you,Dr Koo and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!!

They're all of suden stop taking a new patient. We'd already name him last year, but didn't see him yet, but when we called, they said no. I didn't expect such kind of response from doctor's office. They should've learn how to response to the client specially, they've got a recommandation from their friend. They couldn't handle, then do something in advance, not all of sudden.

One of thee most rushed insensitive experiences I've ever had with a doctor spent more time in the waiting room talking about facebook twitter and instagram than I actually did with the doctor... he took no time getting to know me I had a fever a cough pain in my wrist and neck and he opted on giving me a refferal for occupational therapy? ??????

My insurance cover 100% for routine checkup. The ugly fat chic in front insist to pay co-pay. Later she found out it is indeed covered. But she refuse to refund money, only give credit for next time medical visit. Totally rip off. I will call dept of health and my insurance to ride her out.

I returned to his office to inquire about a result and he was very insensitive. He is good at what he does, and his office is very nice and presentable, but he definitely needs to turn up a little bit of empathy. I felt slightly rushed as he concluded our appointment even though I had a few more questions left. To me, this diagnosis has a very adverse psychological impact, as does most health concerns, but I definitely did not appreciate his lack of sensitivity.
