Dr. Charles is the best doctor I have had, and I am almost 72 years old. She is personable but professional. She has time to listen to my concerns and follows up on referrals or recommended treatments. She treats our entire family, which is helpful for my husband and me.

The ER doctor would have sent my wife home because the xray didn't show anything, but Dr. Charles insisted over the phone that he do a CT scan of her lung. It turns out my wife had a pulmonary embolism and could have very easily died from it had we gone home. THANK YOU DR. CHARLES!

My visit with Dr. Charles was amazing. She is very personable and thorough in her process. She is kind and was very good at explaining everything to me that she was thinking in trying to get my health back on track. She looks at me as a patients but as a person first and made me feel at ease to be open to her with out feeling judged or classified into a certain group so I felt as though I was receiving very individualized care. She had medications sent to the pharmacist before I got home. In my opinion she is great and so is her staff. I highly recommend!!!

Dr. Charles was my doctor in Houston, Tx. She was by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. She was on time, honest, diagnosed problems immediately. She had the kindest and most sensitive bedside manner of any doctor I could remember. I was heartbroken when she left and I hope you are happy to have her in your practice. I miss her.

For five years, my condition had been misdiagnosed by numerous doctors. Everyone had a 'guess' as to why I could not eat normally, and why food caused severe pain in my abdomen. Dr. Charles listened attentively, and promised to get to the bottom of it. She diagnosed a bacterial infection in my stomach and with one round of antibiotics my life has changed dramatically. I had been so very frustrated, being told I had everything from an ulcer to IBS to a 'stressful' job. I even had one specialist tell me to 'get over it.' Dr. Charles is one of those few doctors that actually LISTENS!!!

Dr. Charles was very professional, yet compassionate and thorough. Her knowledge of the issues and related etiolgy, pharmicological issues, etc. were exceptional. Her ability to relate that information was superlative. A very impressive first visit!
