poor bedside manner, did not seem friendly, arrogant

This lady Kerri Steele is the most arrogant Doctor I've ever met! She had very poor bedside manner and didn't interact with my child at all. How could she be a pediatrician and doesn't seem to interact with the child. Anytime I make an appt I make sure that I don't end up with her.

I never met a doctor who was as rude as this woman i really dont know what her problem was but she obviously does not like or care about her job. I thought she was very arrogant and didnt care about my concerns or my childs needs at all. NEVEEER seeing this doctor again.

My daughter was seen by this woman for a physical. It was quite clear my child was very shy, Dr Steele disregarded this and ignored her, she turned to me for everything like my daughter wasn't there. My son came in for an ear infection w/ a temp, tried to tell us he needed a flu shot, we had to eventually forcefully say NO,she told us his ear wasn't bad, he was sent home with no anti biotic and we were back the next day with a burst ear drum. Our children will never be touched by her again.
