Dr. Kerry Jean Barzola, MD

Dr Kerry Barzola was assigned to my mother at Skyline Hospital and never came thru to see her and she had a peg put in that morning, she was having some trouble with her heart rate going high so I demanded for the Doctor to come see what was going on, the nurse called her and instead of coming to check her out she looks at her file and decides she is dehydrated. We are wanting answers as to why she just finds this when we are demanding answers and finally around 10:00 pm she walks in the room, she was so upset she had to come to the room to look at my mom. She was in the room hollowing and going crazy my daughter got up and told her to go outside, because at this point my mom was waking up trying to figure out what all the hollowing was. we get her out of the room and in the hall she is still screaming and going crazy at this point. I have never in my life meet or talk to a Doctor that acted this crazy. I had to call for someone over the hospital to come and spoke with him and… he asured me another Doctor would be coming in and she would not be back in her room. Honestly I think this women is bipolar. This is someone you do not want treating your loved one. I will also be turning her in to the State Board. Im sure Im not the only one that has seen this. She also told me it was fine to turn her in and complain on her all they would do is asign us another Doctor. Just cannot believe this.

I had the unfortunate experience with her as a patient at Skyline Medical Center. After waiting all day to be seen, she sent a nurse's aide into my room to tell me I was being discharged without even laying eyes on me. I told the aide that I had been led to believe I was being kept another night for further testing. Only then did Dr Barzola come in and tell me I was being discharged, that I could NOT have a CT in the hospital. She stated I needed to go to my primary care physician and have him order a CT to rule out lung cancer. She discharged me so I left still having chest pain. I have never been treated as poorly as I was by her.
