Dr. Kerry Robin Carder, MD

Have been going to Dr. Carder for a few years but never again. I have really tried to like this woman, but she leaves me no choice. Every year gets worse with her attitude and the staff at the front desk. Bedside manner is nil, as if she does not have patience for kids. Front desk staff is consistently rude and waiting room is disgusting, old and filthy. Had to book an appointment every year to fill my son's eczema Px, which is standard protocol. However, had to push the date back by a couple of months due to waiting on HSA funds to pay her since she requires payment up front at time of visit and I have a deductible that hasn't been met. She wouldn't fill the Px for my son that has severe eczema and told me via one of her staff to "use Hydra-cortisone liberally as frequently as possible"and that should help. Nothing helps his eczema except his medication. Highly unethical doctor to do that to a CHILD and make him suffer. Shouldn't be in the pediatric business. There are not… very many pediatric derm's in the DFW area. However, my dermatologist, Dr. Koriakos sees children and she is great with them, and her staff takes care of payment arrangements, will be bringing my kids to her now.

Dr. Carder has provided excellent care for our daughter. She quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us a course of action. Dr. Carder is thorough, kind, and skilled—she took the time to call us personally when we had some follow up questions and patiently walked through all of the information with us. Her office staff has always been professional and kind to our family. Definitely recommend her and her medical practice!

This the worst billing office. I wouldn’t ever take my child here if I were you. We have been overcharged and most recently they subioted the claim wrong and want us to pay the difference. When I told them I spoke with my insurance and asked for them to resubmit I was argued with as usual. The adults here in the office are happy to argue with you and it’s a very unprofessional place. I would avoid!

There were many things wrong with this office. To start the office was dirty, wait time was long, staff was rude and Dr. Carder appeared to be in a hurry. They say insurance is accepted but required me to pay in full and wait for a refund should it be covered by insurance. It was covered by my insurance and now 2 months later still waiting on my refund. Would not return or recommend!

The office was in very bad condition. Dirtiest I've ever been to. Does not practice basic hygiene when dealing with patient. Very concerning.

Doctor Carders staff is awesome better than prior staff she's had in the past, very nice young sweet ladies that go over and beyond their job duties to please doctor carder's clients. Her new location could use remodeling but over all a great environment.

I cannot go through all the details but we will not be going to see dr carder again.

Just about the worst office staff imaginable. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She is in it for the money and not the kids.
