Dr. Higgins has treated my husband for multiple health challenges and, after asking a question, Dr. Higgins told me to leave the room if I couldn't keep my opinions to myself. This was totally unexpected because my husband and I have valued the mutual trust and respect we have experienced with Dr. Higgins, as he has faithfully answered our questions, and helped us to understand tests, etc. His verbal attack was unwarranted and we both were stunned. I have never seen his rudeness directed at patients before.

He changed my bp medication and I went into atrial fibrillation as a result of it. Future visits he was rude, impacient, uncaring, and was very quick to dismiss me. So I changed dr's after being his patient for 27 years.

Excellent physician. He joined a new practice about 3 or 5 years ago and that office staff leaves a lot to be desired.
