Dr. Kerry Sean Waits, DO

i get shaky and standing up i get off balance. Dr Waits do help us

I went to Dr. Waits because I wanted to change my GP. I have never had such a bad experience in my 54 yrs as I did with him. He came in late. Made no eye contact and basically made me feel like I was a waste of his time. I went in to do something about the high BP readings I have had. He tells me he will give me a diuretic GO medication. I told him I have Lymphedema and can not take any diuretic. And that made him huff! As he scrolled thru my chart into he sees that at one point the previous Dr suggested I go to the clinic suboxon clinic. He turned to me And said he would make me a "deal". WHO has to deal to get BP medication? At which point I walked out, closed the door behind me. I was so.angry and threw a handful of pamphlets down the hall. I sat in the bathroom trying to calm down and leave without looking like I was crying. The office said he told them I threw a book at him LIE. I have been discharged from the clinic and now have to find another doctor. Not once did they ask me… what happened. Nor do they care to allow me to talk to them about it. Dr Waits has listed me as having on going disruptive behavior problems. He saw me for less then 10 minutes, hardly fair and not a professional diagnosis. This is my first of MANY complaints, I am going as far as I can. It is doctor's like Kerry Waits that make so many lose trust in the medical field. I did not deserve his poor treatment. I was understanding of negative had a bad day but I did not deserve him to take it out on me.

I have had Dr Kerry Waits as a Dr. for over a year. HIs office staff is great andwait time is minimal. If there is anything unusual he calls at home to let you know and follow-up is prompt.
