Dr. Kerstin Ann Archer, MD

She was my pediatrician and now that I have kids she is theirs . She is wonderful and caring. She doesn't have a nurse call uYou. She will call you herself after hours if needed;

I have been with Dr. Archer for eight years and have two children that see her regularly. Dr. Archer exceeded my expedtation of a pediatrition. She has called me at 7p.m. at night to follow up on my child. I have called the doctors pager on the weekend and the doctor called me back immediately. Whenever the doctor called she was very thorough, stayed on the phone with me for awhile, and even offered to come to the office just to see my child. These group of doctors really care about their patients and their health. They listen to the parents and don't treat the parents as if they are making up symptoms or negligent in some way. My son had a systemic problem and the doctor sent a personal letter to help him get accepted into Scottish Rite Hospital.

I have been going to this office of doctors for 7 years. They have misdiagnosed 4 to 5 times. I understand ppl are only human and mistakes happen. This is the last time they get it wrong. Fired!

I have 3 children and all have been born with Dr. Archer as their pediatrician. We have LOVED her! She listens to what we say, she returns our calls on the weekends, and has even met us at her office on the weekends when needed. We have never had any issues with Dr. Archer.
