Hello, I am Keshia! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in central Indiana. As a therapist, my goal is to help clients address their needs then identify and implement solutions.

If you find it difficult to engage with family and friends or doing activities you once enjoyed, or if you experience loneliness regularly, come talk to me. Together we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties. I can help you identify patterns that you may not be aware of so that you can regain control of your emotions and be excited about daily activities again. I believe each of us have the solutions to our own problems however, sometimes we need support along the way and someone to ask the right questions. I strive to provide a supportive therapeutic relationship with compassion and acceptance so you may feel empowered to address any concerns

I am also available to parents for support services throughout pregnancy, post-partum period, and as you …navigate early childhood development.

I have experience working with children from birth, adults, and families. I have specialized in perinatal health, and advocacy/services within the criminal justice system. the theoretical framework that I typically draw from is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques. I have experience addressing depression, trauma, anxiety, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving and decision-making. I am dually certified in Dialectical Therapy and Mindfulness, and Trauma Treatment Certification (CCTP).

I am now accepting patients ages 13 years and up.

Please note I am available nearly every Monday and Tuesday evening 6pm-9pm EST and every other weekend.
