Dr. Ketan Bipinchandra Amin, MD

I was fortunate to have had an appointment with Dr. Amin today. Dr. Amin was very personal, efficient and knowledgeable in discussing my issues. All questions and concerns that I had were reviewed and answered to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dr. Amin.

He didn’t listen to any of my concerns and pretty much said such it up. I ended up being hospitalized because he ignored my complaints and symptoms.

I had to bring a copy of my own medical records, after they made me come see him 3 times. There's $60.00 I had to wait three months to get my prescriptions I have been on for 10 years, which he didn't seem to think was unsafe. Not True. I had to force him to sit down and go over all the tests he ran, he recommended a drug that every other doctor I know has told me NEVER to take, and his "know it all" attitude was a huge turnoff. I was told each appointment would last 15 minutes, I was there for over an hour and half each time, he left once while I was waiting in the lobby, they scheduled me for an apt on his day off, and when I asked for my copay back, they counted it as a missed appointment. His staff is rude, untrained, and gave me the impression that my health was of no concern to anyone in there office. I had to make an appointment and pay a copay every time I picked up my prescriptions, and because I was made to wait for an hour every time for a 15 minute appointment, I… had to use all my vacation days to see this guy. He only cares about money, has no personal touch, and told me that if I still felt pain from a previous surgery, that I should see someone about that. MORE $$$$. overall a NIGHTMARE!!!

I HAVE not visited him since he left Randolph Internal Medicine and I need an appointment immediately...

I was not satisfied with Dr Amin. I had x rays done but they didn't show anything. I think he should have gone a step future and had an MRI done just to be on the safe side. No broken bones but may have been something internal. Will not be seeking medical treatment with him again.

Dr. Ketan Amin has been my Doctor for several years. I always knew when I was sick he would make me well. Prompt, Courteous and 100% interested in my well being. I never felt rushed and he always answered any questions I had. He has left this practice at this location and I would like to find where he relocated. I miss his care.

A doctors doctor!

He is the most thorough doctor I have ever seen. I can't say enough good things about him! What I like most is the fact that he's very proactive.

Prompt, knowledgeable, caring, interest in the patients issues and getting the patient well. Yes, I would see this doctor again.
