Dr. Keun-Young Anthony Kim

Dr Kim and his team are extremely supportive of their patients. I have been treated with nothing but excellent care and support. Dr Kim's bedside manner is incredible. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Kim was detailed and pleasant while dealing with an unpleasant situation with my back.

This doctor cancels on you all the time. Even if you get an appointment 2-3 months from the time you call, he'll cancel on you because he is always doing "emergency surgeries." He also YELLED at me when I hadn't done by lab work correctly while telling me he was having me tested for a brain tumor. I spent the next 9 months of my life preparing for the "what if" scenario. Tried getting a follow up appointment with him and his office manager has been blocking my calls, and refuses to call me back to schedule an appointment. He literally told me "I know what your condition is just by looking at you, I can always tell." Talk about a god complex. I honestly think he is too embarrassed to see me because no, as it turned out, I did not have a brain tumor. I was diagnosed with a condition he had never even thought to consider, test for or rule out. What a small pathetic little man.

He is outstanding and Elizabeth is the best

Love Dr Kim and trust him to no end, his front office staff though needs to learn more respect when patients are waiting especially speaking of other facilities and saying that they are "F'ing idiots" and with incoming phone calls maybe the person on the phone don't hear what is said about them but the waiting patients do, unbelievable, at least be educated and respect patients. Maybe Dr. Kim is not aware of this nonsense with the front office staff because he is so busy.

My mother recently had a very complex and complicated back surgery done by Dr. Kim. I am so impressed with this skill. My mom is fairly old and is recovering great. We are 2 weeks out and she is doing so good. The surgery has given her life back. Dr. Kim is personable and goes above and beyond before, during and after surgery. He has a wonderful beside manner. You can trust Dr. Kim :) Honestly, the best surgeons I have encountered. His team and his staff are as good as it gets.

Dr. Kim is an amazing doctor who treated me for a spinal fracture from a motorcycle accident. He was extremely thorough in my diagnosis and treatment. I have fully recovered and am grateful for his dedication to my recovery back to a fully unrestricted lifestyle.

I didn't have a choice in choosing a neurosurgeon because I didn't need one until a vein inside my brain exploded (AVM). Thankfully, Dr. Kim was on call. Given less than a 10% chance of survival, nine months later I'm learning to walk again. After surgery (two), Dr. Kim has quietly sat with me, checked on me everyday in hospital, seen me in his office just to talk. Much much more than just a surgeon.

I know these Dr's work together often on cases,and in the same group. Highly reccomended, I saw Dr. Kim for a second opinion. He happened to be working on a case that same day w the Dr that did my microdiscectomy. Well the Insurance bills have started to roll in and I was shocked that he is out of network w my cigna PPO. It would have been thoughtful of the office staff to inform me .The pre visit pkg was extensive so just one little "by the way..." would have been greatly appreciated. I hope t hey are willing to negotiate. follow up coment to come

I have found Dr Kim to be more than a skilled surgeon. He has continued to keep me and my family informed while also being supportive thru my recovery. Everyone who has heard my story and seen my incesion is amazed at how one would not know I had even had surgery. My only regret is, as I continue to heal, my need to visit with him decreases. His attitude, demeanor and sense of humor has made what could have been a bad experience, an experience that has given me and my family a new outlook on life. I continue to tell my story to all that are interested and willing to listen to me about it. I speak often of Dr Kim and the wonderful team who, 1 year ago, removed the orange sized tumor from my brain and gave me and my family our life back. Thank you Dr Kim.
