Dr. Kevin Thomas Barnett, MD

Dr. Barnett and his office have been wonderful since the first phone call to his office. They were able to get us in for an appointment in a reasonable time, the wait time at his office is minimal and every member of his staff is caring and courteous, especially Pat. Dr. Barnett has wonderful bedside manners, always makes you feel like you are heard and takes time to answer any questions you have. We had some last-minute questions prior to surgery and his office made sure we got to sit down and speak with him even though he was booked for the day. He met with us prior to surgery, had someone check in with me during my husband’s surgery and sat down with me after to tell me how everything went. My husband’s surgery went smoothly and he has had next to no pain after. I wish every doctor was as caring and skilled as Dr. Barnett.

Had to have a breast biopsy and Dr Barnett made the experience less stressful and as painless as possible plus he was early (and so was I) so we were able to get the procedure done before the designated time! I was extremely impressed with Dr Barnett and glad my general practitioner sent me to him!

i'm a little disappointed with dr.barnett. he has operated on my husband three times for hernia surgery. the last one was this past week. what was suppose to be a minor surgery turned into a major surgery. my husband was suppose to spend the night at the hospital and come home the next day. but he wasn't feeling comfortable from the time that he entered recovery. he seem to have a tremendous amout of pain, no appetite and difficulty urinating. we ended up staying the weekend and we learned through a cat scan that either something was not done properly the first time, or my husband accidently popped something. because he had to go in for a second surgery, in less than a week in the same area. i like dr.barnett. i think that he is a very capable surgeon, but in this case i think he tried to hurry the surgery along. it's bad enough to go through one surgery, but to go through two is unthinkable.
