Dr. Kevin Robert Bayes, DO

I have been going to Dr. Bayes for years. He is a great doctor. He has helped me so much through the years. Understanding & great personality. He is down to earth & I feel like I can ask him anything. He is just great!!!

Runs out the door very quickly. Does not like to answer questions, and very slow to get to his patients. Front office is very rude, and talks about people, and will take their friends in before anyone else.

I have a few tricky medical challenges that all affect each other and specialists that help treat me, and Dr. Bayes acts as a knowledgeable "gatekeeper" to make sure my best interests & treatment is at the forefront. Great guy, and super office team q

Dr. Bayes is a kind and knowledgeable doctor who answers all my questions, no matter how many I have. He has a kind and courteous staff. You have to wait awhile to see him because he is a very popular doctor, and he is always booked solid. Plus I love the great dane!

Dr Bayes is wonderful. As a diabetic, he was the only doctor that truly could get my sugar under control. He tried various medicines until he found what worked with me. One poster said he had an ego, I honestly have not seen an ego from him. I have doctored with him for almost 2 years now. He has always been very friendly and professional with me.

He didn't know a few things that I found disturbing. He informed me that because I had a plate in my spine from 3 years prior I would never get an MRI again. I'd just had one a few months earlier. If he "brushed up" on basics he'd know that tissue grows around hardware added therefore making MRI's possible after surgery. The other very disturbing thing was when I told him I was allergic to NSaids and all I could take was tylonel he told me tylonel as an Insaid therefore I was mis informed? I've had this issue for more than 10 years of my life. My appt was for 11:00 I saw him at 1:15 pm finding out later that they close for lunch from 12 to 1:00 so while he was chowing on his big mac I sat in that cold office for an extra 1/2 hour. He's VERY overweight and unhealthy and his ego is through the roof. He shouldn't be practicing without basic knowledge and his ego needs to be dropped a few levels. He was smart with me not the least bit caring. I was in pain after sitting in that cold… office for more than 2 hours with arthritis all over my back and shoulders. He has no compassion and seriously needs to have his medical license reviewed and be retested if only for basics.
