Dr. Kevin Duane Blair, MD

This office is incredibly unprofessional. First of all theres a lady in the front that is rude every time I come in or call. There has been twice that I've called with concerns and they've disregarded my issues, only for me to have to go to the ER and them tell me it was a serious issue. So I finally decided to transfer care to another OB, it took more than a week for them to fax my information over. After multiple calls and them LOSING my chart. The fax was finally sent, low and behold they sent information from a single visit instead of information for the entire 6months I've been pregnant. Now I'll probably have to fight for another week for my information to be sent AGAIN. Did I mention I'm over due an appointment to make sure I'm not high risk and no one can do anything without that information?

I had an abdominal hysterectomy. It was more painful than my previous 4 c-sections, which my prior Dr. prescribed narcotic pain meds. Dr. Blair sent me home with out typical pain meds for such a major surgery. I was told I could stay in the hospital for pain meds and rack up thousands of dollars of unnecessary bills for what a prescription could take care of. I am not an addict. I have only used narcotics for surgery. People who legitimately need pain meds cannot get them from Dr. Blair. Be o prepared for pain.

Dr. Blair has always been courteous, caring and very thorough. His staff has always been very nice and helpful.

Dr. Blair is wonderful. One lady on his staff can be rude. I almost didn't go to him because of this but since I was referred by many people & told how great he was I waited to meet him & am glad I did.

By far the most professional, polite and respectful gynecologist/OB I have ever seen. My husband, 17 month old son and I went in for our first ultrasound only to discover our baby had no heartbeat. Dr. Blair was compassionate, respectful and helpful in giving us our options. He even had me come back in the following day for a follow up ultrasound just to put my mind at ease (free of charge). He had surgeries scheduled that day and left the surgical center to conduct the ultrasound himself. We look forward to trying for another child again in the near future and we definitely will be using him as our OB. As for the office staff, I did not encounter any problems. I wouldn't say that the receptionist was overly friendly, but I also did not feel she was rude or disrespectful in any way. The nurse and physician's assistant I encountered were both very polite and professional.

This is my second time to use Dr. Blair & he is truly wonderful! I have nothing but good things to say about him. His staff is for the most part very nice' however there are a couple of ladies that are not compassionate. My first pregnancy went along just fine had morning sickness through 6 months & never needed FMLA. This 2nd pregnancy however is much harder on my as I am in my second trimester & on average keep down 1 meal a day. The staff member I spoke with stated that my FMLA initially wasn't approved- though it was & then that it would probably not be increased due to my constant vomiting because lots of women work during pregnancy. I could understand if I was simply whining but this isn't my 1st pregnancy & I can deal with morning sickness but the constant sickness is a bigger issue. You should always speak to Dr. Blair himself on issues of concern rather than the staff.

I hacve used Dr. Blair for 6 years and love having him as my ob doctor. He is caring for his patients and a pleasure to talk to.

I was recommended Dr. Blair by several people who told me he was a great physician but who had warned me that is staff was not the best. I decided to try him anyhow, and sure enough, his staff was terrible. After complaining about the wait to the receptionist, I was told she would check, and then I listened for 15 minutes while she talked to someone else about how her nursing school was going. Dr. Blair is probably a excellent doctor, but I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience.

Dr. Blair has delivered both of my girls! He has the best bed side manner I have ever seen!! He sincerely cares about you and your concerns! I always recommend friends to him and several have made the change and love him! His staff are professional and caring! Thank you Dr. Blair!!

Have been going to Dr. Blair several years and I would not go to anyone else. He has done two surgeries on me. No problems at all. He is a Doctor that really cares about his patients. If I would have an emergency, I would not worry at all because I know I am in excellant hands.
