Dr. Kevin George Boehme, MD

When you’re 90, it’s not easy to make it to the doctor’s office. As my mother ages, we are finding it harder to get there exactly yearly- but we try. She’s had to cancel quite a few appointments lately but I assured Sherri, one of the assistants, that we wanted to get there and that we were trying. I talked to Sherri personally since Mom is now afraid of her. It was my fault we cancelled today because my back was out and we couldn’t find anyone else to take her. She was worried Sherri would bully her, again, so I made the call, and of course, did not let Sherri bully me. By afternoon we had received word from our pharmacy that Dr. Boehme was refusing to refill her prescriptions. She has been on the same prescriptions for years and it is rare that anything changes at her appointments. Dr. Boehme has whined to us several times in the past about not making enough money from Mom, to the point where I wanted to offer him 5 bucks for a sandwich. Mom has stayed with this practice because… Tammy and Riley are excellent.
