Dr. Kevin Michael Boesel

Dr. Boesel was pleasant knowledgable. He provided a diagnosis for my skin condition that started with a "P". He said he'd write it down for me. When he completed my exam, he left and never came back. After 20 minutes, I went out of the exam room to ask when Dr. Boesel would be coming back. I was told by someone who was clearly BOTHERED by me that Dr. Boesel was busy and that I sould go back into the exam room and wait. I waited another 7-8 minutes, and then I left the exam room again and talked to the same unfriendly woman I had spoken to before and told her I had to leave. She tossed a sticky notepad at me and told me to write down my email address so the practice could send me information. I never received my diagnosis even after eight calls to the practice. After call number 8, when the woman I was talking to hung up on me, I called my insurance company and reported the problem. The ombudswoman at my insurer called the practice twice and finally got a pleasant person on the line who… said I'd probably have to wait until after Christmas for my diagnosis. Thursday, two days after Christmas, I got a call from AZ Allergy. The woman said there had been a request from my insurer to send a diagnosis, which would be snail-mailed to me. Friday, I got another call from the practice stating that they would snail-mail me a diagnosis because my insurer had requested it. Twelve days after my appointment, I finally got a diagnosis - dermatitis - which was NOT what Dr. Boesel told me and certainly did NOT start with a "P". This practice is out of control. If you ask four people the same question, you get four different answers. It appears that the practice has many more patients that it can handle. The staff is overworked and more than willing to take out their frustrations on the patients. I have never in my life met such a bunch of hostile and unpleasant people. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe their conduct. I can't imagine what it would be like for a parent with a child sick from allergies to come to this pratice for care. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PRACTICE AGAIN!

Difficult to get appointment as he is a very busy doctor. He has been my allergist for over 6 years and will be for some time to come. It has been my experience that he truly cares about his patients. He takes all the time you need to converse about your concerns and your treatment. A terrific doctor!!

Dr. Boesel is one of the best doctors. He cares and truly listens and asks questions. Most doctors I have been seen by, I felt like I was treated like a machine. Dr. Boesel treats me like I am human and shows compassionate and love in what he does in his profession.

Friendly, listens to my concerns, explains treatments and options

Dr. Boesel is the absolute best asthma and allergy doctor I ever had. He got my asthma under control and helped me with several other allergy and sinus problems. He explains everything so that the patients understands, listens to your questions and is very genuine. You get a report when you leave with your instructions and diagnosis. AND, did I mention his bedside manner? He makes me feel very relaxed. I have been seeing doctor Boesel for 4 years, but it seems like he has known me forever. Dr. Boesel and his team are the best!
