Been to Burgdorf several times now. Every visit is non-rushed, polite workers and no issues. This office is the best I have experienced.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Burgdorf. From the first phone call, to my first hygienist appointment and first encounter with Dr. Kevin, I could not have been happier. Calm, good-humored, professional - I love my new dentist and his office.

I read a lot of good reviews for this office and decided to give it a try. I was very pleased with the staff and dentist. He explained all of the treatment options and the work he performed was high quality. My fillings and crown are not causing any issues after a year. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Burgdorf for over a year and am very pleased. I have even recommended him to family and friends. The staff is always friendly, appointments are on-time, and they can even create your crowns in the office while you wait. He has been the best dentist I have seen. My recovery time is faster with him. I am suspicious of the couple poor reviews on the site. They don't have any details and appear to be fake. Just saying ... judge for yourself, but I like him a lot.

I saw another patients review on this site when searching for my dentists address and was shocked. I have been a lifetime patient of Dr Burgdorf’s and he is THE BEST! Not only do I go to him but I take my parents and entire family to him. I work in the healthcare field, and I know a trustworthy doctor when I meet one. He’s smart, thorough, down to earth, provides high quality care and is passionate about his field. He is extremely honest and is well respected by other doctors (I was referred to him by another doctor). Know you are in good hands with Dr B.

He is the worst dentist EVER!! Only cares about his profits. Doesnt care about his current patients and if they are satisfied with the treatment given..Truth is 3 yrs later I still can't ea normally and fired me as a patient because I asked for a solution. I am very thin because I still cannot eat normally!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO HIM!!!
