I am disfigured by the poor quality Liposuction procedure. Please do your research and don't let a fancy office persuade you. He has opened and closed many offices over the years and left many unhappy patients.

this guy can't even keep an office open and should have stuck with emergency care. He has botched mine as well as many others' lipo and then runs off without fixing the problem. Horrible service from a horrible doctor

Cheated me on number of venus freeze sessions. Staff, proved to practice unethical business values, closed Beverly Hills office without finishing treatments for me and others.

Going to see Dr. Calhoun I was a bit nervous. A friend had recommended him for laser lipo and I was unsure about the process altogether. However, once I spoke with the Doc and went through what the procedure process was I felt really at ease. The procedure was quick and almost painless. I was even able to go to back work the next day. Today I'm looking better than ever!

I was scheduled for traditional Liposuction when I saw an ad for Dr. Calhoun talking about AdvanceLipo. I called his office the next day to learn more about the procedure and after hearing all the pros I and made an appointment. What is so attractive about AdvanceLipo is that you are awake during the procedure, there is minimal pain and bruising and you see the results immediately. There was no sedation, so I was able to drive home after the procedure, which was extremely convenient. The day after my procedure I was out getting a pedicure. I have worked out my entire life but was never able to lose the pooch on my stomach. Thanks to Dr. Calhoun and his staff I can honestly say I have a flat stomach for the first time in my life.

"The only reason that I am writing this review is because now I am sold on Laser Liposuction. I have to admit I was not an advocate, but after years of dealing with a gut hanging over my jeans after having 5 children, I was sick and tired of it. I wanted my body back. My Experience was in the LA office. I came in because I needed some areas taken care of. I had tried the dieting, exercising and I just could not loose the weight (in certain areas) I met with one of the girls there, by the way they are all nurses NOT Sales people like in other places, and they took me through the whole procedure. I was very amazed on how the nurse had a great response every time I asked a question. And assured me that I was going to be in great hands, Dr Calhouns hands. Well after I consulted with the nurse, I was sure that they were the ones. They gave me my quote and I was presently surprised to see that it was very reasonable. I asked if there were going to be any fees that I would have to pay and they said NO everything is included in the price. Everything from the garments to the medications and no OR fee. I was ecstatic. I had my procedure done the following week and when Dr. Calhoun was done with the procedureeven when I was on the table.I COULD SEE A… DIFFERENCE!!!! I was so amazed on what a great job Dr. Calhoun did. He is very precise and takes his time with his patients to sculpt them and take out as much fat as possiblehe even showed me the fathahaI was comfortable the whole procedure and we were talking about sports, actresses and so many other topics. Well now it has been about 1 moth and I keep seeing results. The first week I was a little swollen, but the nurse assured me, on my one-week follow-up, that it was going to take some time to heal and to keep massaging and wearing my garment. One month out and I have lost some weight and inches. I am SUPER happy with the results and I would RECOMMEND ADVANCELIPO to anyone!!!! Thank you to Dr. Calhoun and his staff for making my experience a great one and making me feel at home.

I was a little nervous before the procedure, but with all the successful history that AdvanceLipo has built up over the years as well as their experience with performing procedures with Men, I decided to go into the office for a visit. The initial interview was very helpful and I learned a lot about the options and it made me feel comfortable moving forward with the procedure. The procedure went very smooth and I was out and running within 6 weeks or so. In total I lost around 6 inches around my waist from the procedure and 15 lbs and was so impressed with the end results that it motivated me to live a more healthy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend Advance Lipo to anyone who wants to get a jump start on getting into a more healthy mode as it certainly did for me.

Dr. K. Calhoun IS NOT an emergency medicine physician. He is a non-certified cosmetic practitioner who advertises cosmetic surgery procedures at a low price. All of his procedures are done by a physician assistant. He DOES not have all the experience he claims. I asked for copy of my records and never got them. I asked for a print-out of all the cases he has done, never got them. He cannot have experience when he relies on a PA (who is also not trained/specialized in anesthesia or cosmetic surgery) to do all of his cases (obviously for liability reasons). When the procedures are botched, or not meeting patient expectations, Dr.Calhoun will apologize stating that he cannot account for what the PA did but will redo your problem area for a second fee.Dr. Calhoun redid an area for me when his PA quit on him abruptly and without notice. When I showed up for my re-do little did I know you need six months between surgery, it had only been 5-6 weeks. He redid one problem area and offered to… do a new area for extra fee. He uses smart lipo and did not implement the second step of suctioning and only administered liquid to dissolve fat. He waited less than fifteen minutes for anesthesia to take effect. I had to tell him to stop twice due to the pain and not giving me enough anesthesia or allowing time to set in. The entire procedure for four areas took less than 2hours, which is unheard of. I walked out months later with absolutely no change in size/measurements. He claimed all of his cases were done by the PA. No doubt, he had no clue what he was doing but telling you that he will redo an area for a second fee and banking on repeat clients to clean up what was never intended to be done the first time. I have asked for my money back, he has not replied or offered to resolve the matter. I have asked for my records as well as other documentation to support his experience and I have not received anything.

The doctors charges very little therefore his practice is like a bus stop you get picked up and dropped off. No good customer service the doctor actually doesn't even get to see you only his assistants he simple has his name on the ads etc but allows others perform this procedure. They don't care about you once they get your deposit. The worse experience of my life. I strongly advise no one to go there. I wish someone had told me before i went there. I know have scares without the end result. HORRIBLE service all expect the receptionist of office assistant Stephanie everyone else wow. His wife doesn't care yet she is suppose to be the office manager. Again do not go there no matter how cheap they are. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! Its your body please think twice!!
