Dr. Kevin Lewis Carson, MD

Just got off the phone with Dr. Kevin Carson’s receptionist. I asked could I schedule an appointment with Dr. Carson for a lumbar puncture and she stated, “Dr. Carson don’t do lumbar punctures” when clearly, his website says he’s a vascular and interventional radiologist. I don’t think Dr. Carson would appreciate his receptionist turning down patients/clients out of ignorance.

Dr. Carson was willing to answer any questions before UFE procedure he provided me with basic information about the procedure. However he did not make himself available much before the procedure he very briefly talk with me before the UFE. The facility that is used for the UFE doesn't provide much privacy in your hospital gown with other patients their waiting for the same procedure. Afterwards I was rushed out with several prescriptions and the feeling that no one cares. It is a personal and humble opinion that Dr. Carson staff should be more educated on their jobs patient care is everything. The office staff and Dr. Carson are not very honest the UFE I received was not necessary because my tumors were too large.
