Routine colonoscopy 12/2025 (after a false-positive Cologuard test). Entire process was easy. Follow the detailed instructions they provide. Eating the suggested diet a week before my procedure resulted in an effective/effortless prep. Kevin did an excellent job inserting my IV. I'm needle phobic, and this was the ONE thing I was dreading. Between Meghan distracting me and Kevin's skill, I honestly did NOT feel the needle stick. Dr. Casey's bedside manner was calming and professional. EVERYone I dealt with was caring, funny, and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Casey has been my Gastro Dr for 20 years. He is very compassionate. He is very tuned into his patients as a whole person.

He is a great Dr. Knowing his stuff... But getting to see him is a pain, his receptionists are rude and unprofessional. Had to cancel apointments and reschedule them. Had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to see him on multiple occasions. The one time i was running late i was told i had to reschedule. I'm switching Dr.

Called the office three times for Dr. Casey's secretary on three consecutive workdays, to request medical record transfer. Only answering machine was reached every time so I left three messages asking her to call back. Nothing from her so far and it is the afternoon of the fourth day. Does she ever actually answer the phone?! Please, Dr. Casey, know how your front office is doing!

Dr Casey was highly professional and knowledgeable treating my Crohns disease after I had surgery. He has called my home to be sure I doing o.k. With new medication. I would suggest Dr. Casey to anyone that might need his speciality.
