The absolute best dr. I've ever visited in my life. What a sweet kind soul. Very gentle demeanor, kind, understanding, Wish I would have switched sooner.

His staff is dressed inappropriately, angry face, unpleasant and gossipy. He is also a rude man who rushes you along. He likes to be in charge, and gets irritated if u ask too many questions.

Doctor Charlotten is an excellent pediatrician and internist. He has huge knowledge, is very respectful and a good person. He is always overbooked because he is the best doctor in Queens.

This MD I consider to be the best that I have ever visited. His bed side manner is excellent. He is caring and compassionate and very dedicated to his patients. He is always available and ready to listen to his patients By far one of the finest doctors in NYC.....

Doctor Charlotten is very kind, aring and smart. He knows what is doing. I had a very good experience with him; however, his stuff have to learn to be more polite and not to confuse lab results. The ladies working there should chat less and focus more on patients. I had to wait at least 1 hour before the doctor could see me. He has too many patients!

The good: He asks a lot of questions to get to the underlying problem, seems to think broadly about an issue, has great tech. so my prescriptions are sent to the pharamacy while still in the office and i can see all my chart info online and he follows up with email (my requested form of follow up) ..... but mostly he spends a lot of time with the patient, it never feels rushed. The bad: a by-product of him spending time with patients is that i've had to wait a while. nothing outrageous but usually about a half hour when i see him at the end of the day.

He was thorough and listened carefully. The staff is lovely. However, when he said he'd call to follow-up on some test results, he did not until days later after I'd called, and when I called it was hard to get someone from his office on the phone, and the person who answered, said to me: You won't die over the weekend... Really? Uh, perhaps extra training to whomever that was, would be nice, or just let it go to voicemail if someone from the medical office isn't there. So the doctor, and the staff in the medical office are nice, but it was hard to get a hold of him after that to get test results. I should've checked that he was more often at that location. It was just stressful for no reason.
