Kevin Chiang, M.D. is a Board Certified Pediatric Sports Medicine Physician

Kevin Chiang, M.D., M.Ed., is a sports medicine physician at Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center in Frisco. Dr. Chiang earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in physiology and neurobiology, and in mathematics from the University of Maryland. He received his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education from Penn State Harrisburg. Dr. Chiang completed his pediatric residency training at the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. After residency, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center through the Rainbow Babies & Children’s program. He is board-certified in pediatrics and sports medicine. Dr. Chiang is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports …Medicine, the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Sports Medicine and Fitness.
