Staff is very pleasant. Very clean office. The doctor and his staff take the necessary precautions to make everyone safe.

I went to see Dr. Chin and his staff for the first time last month because my old dentist decided to close his office due to the covid 19 pandemic. I was hesitant and first but I really needed to get my broken tooth fix. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Once I got to the building I was told to wait in my car before entering the office. I did not have to wait long and when I arrived the staff immediately took my temperature. As the visit progress Dr. Chin and his staff took all the precautions to make sure everyone was safe. They had so much safety gear on and around the office. Dr. Chin was able to fix my broken tooth. I’m very pleased and happy and plan to return for future treatment.

I had a problem with a tooth and called Dr. Chin. I know this is a time of quarantine and lock down. Dr. Chin did his best to guide me what I should do. He also explained to me why he could not drill on the tooth and really took into the consideration of the current restrictions set forth by the state. I plan to see him for treatment once the current lock down is lifted.

I found Dr. Chin when I was searching on google for dentist near me as I do not drive. I scheduled a consultation appointment just to meet him and his staff. When I went to his office the staff was very friendly. They were very prepared to see if the doctor was ‘in-network.’..Once I was seated to meet Dr. Chin he was very friendly and we had a very nice conversation. I look forward to returning to his office.

Dr. Chin and his staff are very nice and accommodating. They were very understanding fitting me into their schedule when I had an emergency.

I went to see Dr. Chin for a routine check up for the first time. He was extremely nice. However the girl who cleaned my teeth seemed to be very distracted with her phone. She seemed to always talk over the doctor whenever he tried to explain my treatment I needed. I found that really annoying. I will return to Dr. Chin for my follow up dental work, but I will mention to him that I want to see another person to clean my teeth.

Very nice staff. The doctor is willing to listen to me. Takes his time to explain treatment options. Did not feel pressured to accept any type of dental treatment offered. Definitely will return for follow up visit and future cleanings.

staff and doctor are real nice. I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. the office does not have a stuffy clinic type feel but rather more spacious and bright appearance.
