Dr. Kevin G Clauser

I have been a patient of Dr. Clauser for about six years now, and he is a true professional. I had a cleaning today, and a clean bill of health, but it is Dr. Clauser's trusted advice and treatment that has been instrumental in maintaining excellent oral health. Dr. Clauser is very personable, as are his hygenists. I feel that I lucked out in finding this group as my previous dentist was a poor experience. I found Williamsville Family Dentistry through a Google search. I now recommend him without hesititation to all family and friends. Thanks, Dr. Clauser.

I took my son to the doctor for cleanings and treatment. My son is special needs and even though there was a obvious lost filling, the doctor would not fill it due to my son's unhealthy oral condition. My son lives in a group home setting, 24/7 care, and depends on others for his oral/body hygiene. I personally took my son for cleanings every month for a year. I paid for 10 cleanings because 2 were covered by medicaid. After one year the doctor stated that Eric had a healthy mouth yet he would still not fill his tooth. Upon my questioning he said that with my son's population(special needs), he let's the teeth rot to the point of needing extraction and then pulls the tooth. I told him he was condemning the teeth of a man in his 20's. He just restated his practice with those of special needs. Yesterday, my son spent 3 hours in the OR at ECMC. He had 10 teeth removed, over 10 restored. The doctor said he was so infected he had pus coming out of his gums. The people he has… doing his care are low paid, non professional health care providers. Dr Clausser is a dental graduate who denied the correct treatment to a person who was denied good health at birth. This is not a caring person/doctor.

The Doctors are find, it's the staff that's very rude, I had a question on my bill and she actually hung up on me.

Dr Clauser was an excellent dentist, his staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My dental work was very quick, pain free and i loved my results.

Dr Clauser and everyone I have ever interacted with within his office are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
