I carefully filled out the information on the pre-check-in questionnaire as I was asked to do. I clearly indicated my concerns about anxiety but that issue was only addressed when I brought it up just as the doctor appeared to have concluded my exam and started to leave the room. Why do you bother with the questionnaire if no one seems to read it???

Dr. Collins has been my primary doctor for 6 years. I was referred to him by Hartford Hospital. I can remember coming in discouraged and afraid, but that changed as I met with the staff, Toni(Secretary) blonde hair. Always greets you with a smile and will follow up with appt if missed. Dr. Collins will listen, and decipher what medications are best for you! They are alright in my book, and never had a problem thus far.

Dr. Collins is a good listener which, in my opinion, is one of the most important characteristics of a good doctor. He is direct and honest and practices care and tough love. I highly recommend him. V. White
