Dr. Kevin Michael Cronin, MD

He stopped his individual practice a few years ago and partnered with Urbancare. When he was in his own practice he was top notch. Since he merged with Urbancare the customer service, nursing staff, communication with patients and pharmacy has dropped to an unacceptable level. The office staff constantly is screwing up the copays, then sending nasty calls and letters about paying them the copays, when they were the ones who made the mistake. A prescription will run out. The pharmacy will call them for the auto refill, and the office will not call the pharmacy back. Once you eventually call the office they will tell you it's because you needed a physical to renew the prescription. You will say that's fine, no problem, but why didn't you just call me and tell me that, or at least tell the pharmacy that, rather than making the pharmacy and I jump through hoops, while you don't respond, and I'm out of an important life saving medicine?! This has happened 3 times in 2 years on a 90… day supply! Ridiculous! Linda, Doctor Cronin's nurse practitioner is unprofessional and rude. When you bring up the difficulties you are having she will not apologize, refuse to work with you, and never tell the doctor. I sincerely hope others are not having the same experiences, as Doctor Cronin is a wonderful Doctor, but the experiences with his staff are profoundly unprofessional.

after much childhood illness, caring for aging parents, aging spouse, going through many hospital systems and specialites - I can say I am more than pleased with Dr. Kevin Cronin. He is professional, caring - listens to symptoms/concerns and explains treatment with great care. I consider myself fortunate to have found him!

He is the best, he certainly takes time with his patients and listens. He is very compassionate and cares. So please we found him!

Dr Cronin is a fabulous Doctor. He is kind, patient & compassionate.

Takes time to listen and respond to concerns. Accurate diagnosis. Refers when needed. Bedside manner excellent. He is a top doctor in my eyes. He has been my doctor for years.

Auto-immune patient. Dr Cronin is the most caring and attentive physician I've encountered in 20yrs.

He is very repectful of your needs and your time.

Dr Cronin and his staff have failed numerous times by not acting in a timely manner when sending prescriptions or exam and lab results to ordering physicians. Staff repeatedly indicates they are busy and only trying to help. However it is noticed that apologies and taking responsibility to ensure appropriate actions to reduce the discrepancy rate and facilitate trusting relationship are not provided. My other physicians are upset with the fact they did not obtain necessary documentation despite numerous attempts to do so. When speaking with the Dr. himself, he fails as much as his staff. I do not recommend this office if you need real care and insist on being treated fair. It's a one way street in that office right from the top.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The staff was friendly and respectful. Dr. Cronin took his time to go through my diagnosis and addresss other issues as well. He is communicative, understanding, and intelligent. I enjoyed my visit and look to keep Dr. Cronin as my primary care doctor from this point forward.

For a few years I struggled with finding the "right" doctor for my family, which landed me at the urgent care facilities more than I cared. I went to try out yet another recommended Doctor...Dr Kevin Cronin. We finally found a "home". I love the fact that Dr Cronin takes the time to not only come up with a diagnosis, but explain it, offer suggestions then work thru a plan. :)
