I had an absolutely shocking and horrible experience with Dr. Cross that left me with lasting facial trauma. He took liberties to do things to me that were never discussed or agreed upon. I also found huge discrepancies in what he wrote in medical record notes verses what I was told prior to surgery - and at follow up appointments. He repeatedly denied seeing issues that were an obvious result of the surgery and I did not find him to be trustworthy or caring. I would never recommend him to anyone.

My experience with K Cross was very disappointing. He does not respect or listen to patients—he repeated information incorrectly that I had just provided to him several times. Because he did not do a thorough evaluation prior to surgery, he changed the agreed to approach “on the spot” in surgery while I was under anesthesia. If K Cross had recommended the approach he used prior to surgery, I would have opted not to have the procedure done. He has yet to discuss this with me—I had to read it in his operative note. A medical issue arose during a followup visit and he said he would find out and get back to me—he has not. It is now many, many months since this commitment was made. In addition, I had to take non-absorbable stitches out myself as he did remember to do so on my first post-op visit. One would think that if you spend in the five figures for a procedure that the surgeon could at least remember to remove the sutures. K Cross also seems to rely heavily on medicating his… patients—I have a cabinet full of prescriptions including a controlled substance. I found the practice to be very disorganized—I never knew who would be calling me, scheduling the procedure was difficult and confusing, the estimate for the procedure was inaccurate and I was charged significantly more, and appointment wait times were 30 plus minutes. Followup and accountability were markedly lacking—it was an expensive experience and the surgical results are very disappointing—premium pricing but not premium results. I regret allowing him to do surgery on me. In my opinion, he exercised very poor judgment in several areas of my medical care that impeded optimal recovery. I did not find him to be trustworthy.

Both my sister and I had nose jobs by other doctors that didn’t go well when we were younger. We went to Dr. Cross to get fixed because he is known as the rhinoplasty expert in our area. My sister’s nose was so damaged by her old surgery that Dr. Cross had to use her rib cartilage to fix it. We both LOVE our new results. Not only did he fix the problems that we had from our original surgeries, but we both have the noses that we always wish we had. Both are just perfectly shaped for our individual faces. When I came on to write a review, I was surprised to see even one negative review on Dr. Cross. Everyone I know who has gone to him has been thrilled.

The process that Cross and his team create is impeccable BUT Cross’ work isn’t quite up to par. I had a rhinoplasty done by him in 2013 and then came back in 2015 for a revision due to a hanging columella and bulbous tip—there was a large bump on one side of my nose left from the first surgery. Everything looked okay out of surgery. But here I am 5 years later with the same problems. My top is drooping, I have excess nostril show and a bump still on one side of my nose. Please, if you are thinking of going to Dr. Cross for rhinoplasty, please consider instead a rhinoplasty specialist.

I came in to see Dr. Cross for a facelift. We decided to address my sagging thighs at the same time. In addition to my facelift, I had liposuction and a thigh lift with Dr. Cross last month. Not only do I look younger than I did in my drivers license picture from ten years ago, but I now walk without my thighs touching, and I'm looking forward to vacationing in a bathing suit this winter.

I had a tummy tuck by Dr. Cross this fall. We are about to go on vacation for winter break and I can’t wait to get into a bikini for the first time since having kids! My incisions are barely noticeable, and my belly button looks amazing!

Dr. Cross did my eyes, face, and neck 6 weeks ago. I had my 35th high school reunion last week during Thanksgiving weekend. I got more compliments about looking younger and better than I could have ever imagined. It gave me so much confidence at an event that I would have otherwise dreaded.
