Dr. Kevin J Dugan, PhD

This man is a disgusting, vile predator. He should not be allowed to work as a psychologist, he’s completely worthless, ignorant, dishonest, and sociopathic. He destroyed my childhood, when I was already traumatized and the perfect victim for him. Do not trust him or allow him to have access to young girls.

This man need to have his license taken away as soon as possible. He blatantly lied, refused to investigate when it was clear my ex was lying, did not call all my court ordered witnesses, was incredibly biased and flat out rude. The whole experience was one of the worst I have been through. He was detrimental to my family and he doesn't deserve the right to practice.

Dr. Kevin Dugan may need to have his own psychological profile done! Cut and paste reports with unrealistic solutions. Very bias and treats the less than favored parties with a fair amount of disrespect. Not recommended.

This person needs to have his license taken away. He is biased towards men , he lies on his reports , doesn’t do his research properly then will make a report on a biased dishonest opinion.

Great evaluator!! He sees through the B.S. of those who lie to him. He's bright, smart and well read. Only those people who have lied to him, and got caught, are now not happy with him. I couldn't recommend Dr. Dugan enough.
