The doctor seems interested in treating me for my Bi-Polar but has not yet found a medication that works for my anxiety. He also has not touched on why I'm having trouble sleeping sometimes that may be due to a manic episode coming on...

I frequently make referrals to this office. My patients are happy with the care they receive and I am happy with the office notes and feedback sent to my office. My only criticism would be that you frequently have to leave a message and wait for a call back.

My friend who is mentally ill recommended Dr. Eggerman as unusually helpful. I was not sure I had anything enough wrong with me to merit psychiatric medicine and Dr. Eggerman did not jump to conclusions, considered also that I might be within normal parameters. I have now been there three times. I don't really like his staff much, they are not especially warm or friendly, but they do their job. I found him to be perfectly pleasant-- but then I was not expecting a kindly counselor but a doctor. My meds are just now getting up to therapeutic level, so I am very excited to see what effects they have. One of the reviewers mentioned "sanctions" but I couldn't find any mention of them on any website. His licenses are current.

All the negative comments seem to be from people angry that he wouldn’t give them controlled medication. That’s ridiculous. Dr. Eggerman is a great doctor and truly cares! Highly recommended- I’ve been seeing him for over 6 years

Had been seeing him for a while. Didn't seem interested in my well being any more than a stranger on the street. He knew I had financial difficulties, I was making payments on his bill which his staff said was fine. My last appt. I was humiliated when rescheduling for my next appt. he messaged the girl making the appt. not schedule me until I'd paid off the remainder of my balance, again after I was making payments toward it as I was told it was ok! The balance was under $42.00. I was embarrassed as there were people waiting to be seen in the lobby that overheard this. I also was billed for my session going over and had no clue the session went over then to get billed for it.

Dr. Eggerman is excellent at diagnosing and treating mental illness. He is insightful in can read between the lines when talking to his patients. He is friendly but not trying to be your friend nor is he a therapist. He listens to the symptoms and prescribes medicines. I sought out help for my mental illness for years and was prescribed medicines that didn't really help. Dr. Eggerman was excellent at diagnosing me and found my combination of meds instantly, this changed my life. I have said often that I wish they would have diagnosed me when I was a child b/c life would have been different. Focusing is so wonderful and necessary to be a happy and productive adult.

Dr. Eggerman is a fantastic doctor! He always gives me as much time as needed but is also very quick. Dr. Eggerman seems genuinally concerned about my well being. I am so thankful I was referred to him. His staff is very friendly as well and does their best to get me the appointment best suited for me.

My daughter is a long time patient of his. I believe she has an Autism disorder, he won't even consider or explore the possibility that this could be the issue. He is prescribing her LITHIUM without a true diagnosis, nor any testing! Now, I have to fight my daughter's father & Dr Eggerman to prevent this!! SHAME ON YOU doctor! I will NOT allow her to take yet another medication that she doesn't need!!

This guy is trash. I saw him for 5 minutes my last visit for 'add'. He collected my $200 for the visit and handed me a prescription to get a $1200 test done to see if I had 'add'. You're scum Kevin. In my eyes you stole $200 from me and had the nerve to have me get a $1200 test done. What goes around comes around you punk.

Is it OK to see a Dr. W/bipolar if you yourself have bipolar? I was just made aware of his sanctions and I didn't really feel comfortable with him before now I'm really confused. Finding this type of Dr. In this area, accepting new patients isn't easy. My question is would a Dr. That has bipolar be more able to diagnose and treat it better than another Dr. W/out mental illness?
