Dr. Kevin Grady Erwin, MD

I was experiencing abdominal pain and fullness last night and decided to drive myself to the E.R.. I had a basic blood panel and a urine test and everything looked normal. I turns out that my reaction was psychosomatic, but Dr. Irwin was extremely kind and professional and made me feel at home. The nurses and assistants were super nice and professional as well.

Dr Erwin treated my wife while we were visiting family in Louisiana. She was dehydrated after having more than24 hrs of vomiting and diarrhea. He was busy but had a decent bedside manner and and made sure she was well enough to make our trip back home. I was upset when we got a separate bill for his services that are insurance didn't cover. When we contacted the billers they explained that our insurance had not contracted with them since we were from another state. The charge was very high but they lowered it to a reasonable amount. Health insurance is too confusing and such a shell game it makes no sense. I'm glad that Dr Erwin's group works with the patient and was able to bring the cost down to reasonable level. A bonus was that he did show us the large Valkyrie tattoo on his back before we left the ER!

my laywer directed me to the er for evaluation of by back pain that occurred after a car wreck 2 years ago - dr erwin walked in the room - and after a thorough exam, including a check of my prostate - was able to properly diagnose me with lumbar strain - he was kind enough to explain to me why I no longer needed vicodin and soma for pain which was prescribed through a doctor at my chiropractor's office - what a great doctor - his professionalism is unsurpassed - and he even showed me his back tatoo - it was the coolest american eagle that I have ever seen - go 'merica - hats off to the greatest doc I have ever seen and the greatest country in the world

Brought my son in to the ER after he began to act weird. Jason got real mean and acted like he was halucinating , I barely got him to the ER driveway in my car and he refused to get out of the car. I waved for help and an ER nurse named Wayne came outside and talked him out of the car and into a wheelchair he brought out. Once Jason got into his room he freaked out and started yelling and swinging at every body. Dr Erwin came in and tried to talk some sense into him but Jason spit at him. Dr Erwin just wiped it off his face and continued to talk to him in agentle manner. With the help of a security officer they called Bukley they were able to put him in cloth cuffs that held him to the stretcher. They gave him some medicine in the vein to calm him down. Dr Erwin took the time later to explain to me how my son admitted to smoking fake weed or mojo and that he would probably be ok, and he was! The nurse Molly told me I shouldnt have given him milk but should have given water insted … cause that makes mojo poisoning worse! Dr Erwin was great and spent alot of time with me and my sisters and mother explaing everything.

Dr. Kevin Erwin is truly a man amongst men. He is more like a gentle healing saint rather than a emergency physician.

Although they were very busy, i was seen within an hour of my arrival in the ER after having waited 3 hours at another ER (if you ain't first, you're last). Because of my illness that lasted months, Dr. Erwin made sure that there were no "emergent problems." After all the lab work was normal, he explained to me that i needed to follow up with my regalar doc. He made me feel better that my problems did not require me to be admitted to the hospital but could be worked through several clinic visits. So anyhow, my doc figured out that I had Morgellon's disease and enrolled me in a study with the CDC. Thanks Dr ERwin!!

WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR, I was told Hi almost immediately - I subsequently waited 3 hours for this angel to reappear. When he finally did I could not believe how great a doctor he was . He treated me with the utmost respect and even showed me his tatoo - it is actually of angel wings - reminiscent of Daryl Dixon's jacket from the Walking dead - he could even make the wings flap with moving his back. He was the only doctor who properly diagnosed my chronic back pain - he told me it was "supratentorial" (even though I had seen multiple doctors over the years who told me that I was abusing pain medication and that nothing was wrong at all with my back) - If ever there was an angel on earth - it is him Thank goodness for him

I went to the emergency room after an accident at the walmarts left me with an almost unfathomably painful blister across the entire width of the corner of the very tip of my thumb. The pain was excruciating. A quick phone call to the other local ER informed me that they were overwhelmed and that I should go somewhere that I could be seen more promptly. Boy, am I ever glad that I took that kind person's advice! Dr Erwin came to see me right away. His bedside manner was excellent. He was so patient while I researched my predicament on my iPad and updated my family and friends in the waiting room via text. He even had the nurse swab me to see why it burned when I peed. I was certain that I needed some strong pain medication due to my as yet unexplained high tolerance to regular stuff. It is SO difficult to text with such an injured thumb. However, DR Erwin taught me to utilize tantric meditation instead to control the pain. All's I had to do was gaze into the Valkyrie's angelic,… piercing eyes and I drifted off into a sort of trance. Her eyes follow you just like on that Mona Lisa painting in Europe or whatever. Just Haunting. My fibromyalgia pain is nearly gone, too!

Had a big infection on my backside and was embarassed, but he made me feel at ease and had little pain when he lanced it. Had looked him up on vitals on my phone and asked him about the tattoo.He didn't want to show me cause he said it wasn't professsional but he did. It's actually a tattoo of an angel and he's pretty religous. It wasnt as big as I thought it'd be .Felt much better the next day and didnt need the prescription for pain medicine he gave me.

I went to the emergency room for my back pain cause my pain management doctors office was closed. they was busy but dr erwin came in as soon as he could. he nicely explained to me that i already had a prescription for pain medication and was under a pain contract with my doctor so he couldnt give me any pain medications. i didn't get no vicodin but i got to see his really cool tatoo
