Dr. Kevin Jay Faris, MD

The care Dr. Faris and his staff provided for my 89-year-old aunt was fantastic, even beyond her death, as they worked with me on her behalf. Throughout her time as a patient of the Noble Family Clinic, the actions necessary for any question or request were excellent. Responses for prescriptions to continue, renew, or transfer were within the same day as requested. During office visits, Dr. Faris focused on my aunt during his examination, explanation, or while listening attentively to her concerns rather than speaking to me as if she weren't cognizant, which is a common mistake and insult to the elderly. They kept the appointment times for her visits within a reasonable period. The PA on virtual visits was timely, helpful, and knowledgeable. The office staff was professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better care and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Faris, the PAs, and the staff at the Noble Family Clinic.

I liked this office well enough to have been going here for a few years. Not the best but not the worst. I’ve never owed them a dime. The last time I came in, they said I had a new balance of $200 and it had to be paid before I could be seen, isn’t co-pay. They wouldn’t accept any payment at all. They also refused to refill my sleep medication that I have been taking for 2 years until I paid them. They wouldn’t even wait two weeks for payday. I don’t appreciate a long time patient having their meds held hostage over $200. I haven’t slept in days and they literally could not care less.

He is a good listener

Thorough examinations. Reasonable charges. Compassionate and knowledgable. Would not hesitate to recommend this doctor or clinic to anyone.
