Dr. Kevin J Flynn, MD

Took my son to see him 3 times and each time he misdiagnosed his condition. Had to go see another dermatologist after my sons condition only got worse and Dr.Flynn argued and said it had gotten better. I had pictures to prove otherwise! Finally, After a much needed biopsy done with another dermatologist it was discovered what my son actually had. Not only that, the medication Dr.Flynn prescribed made his condition worsen! He’s rude, arrogant and a total waste of time and money! I wish I would have done more research before going to see him. Don’t make the mistake I did and go elsewhere!

Rude, condescending, and egotistical. He acted like he did not care at all about my concerns, and even prescribed me the wrong prescription once and somehow made that my fault (???). On top of his bad attitude, the treatment was not at all effective.

I saw Dr. Flynn for some weird skin sores that I developed. He diagnosed it as a staph infection and prescribed topical antibiotics. When the "staph" kept spreading, he berated me for "not rubbing it in hard enough." I'm a very compliant patient, and I applied the antibiotics several times a day, exactly as prescribed. After three months of this, the condition only grew worse, and I finally saw an infectious disease specialist for a second opinion. She took one look and said, "I don't know what you have, but whatever it is, it's not an infection. You need to see a new dermatologist." So I did, and he took one look at my "staph" and said, "That's psoriasis. But let me take a biopsy to make sure." Hallelujah! A simple steroid cream cleared it right up. What kind of dermatologist doesn't recognize psoriasis?

I have been going to Dr. Flynn for year check up for 3 years, and I finally gave up. He has no patient listen to your problems and always a rush on every visit. Once I have a problem with outbreak of sme acme on my face and when I go there, he does not even want to spend time looking at my skin, besides very bad bed manners.

Stay away... wish i'd bothered to search on his reviews before I went to Dr Flynn. He didn't take even 2 minutes to listen to why I was there, and was disrespectful and condescending.I wont be back.

Treated a lesion on skin 3 times. Went for a 2nd opinion after it kept occurring and was told (by MD Anderson) that Dr Flynn had not followed the well known standard procedure recommended for treating my particular case on any of the 3 occurrences. The result ended in the removal of a large chunk of skin and a skin graft for repair.

rude and came off as really uncaring and cold. was not nice to us and considering it was the first appointment of the day, i would hate to be someone who visited him later on. now i know why he had openings immediately while others didn't...probably because nobody makes the same mistake again.

This is the rudest doctor I have ever visited (he did not even introduce himself). I also do not trust his diagnosis, and will be getting a second opinion.

be careful of the cost. Even with insurance we owed 700.00 for a sinple in the office procedure!

My entire family has been to see Dr. Flynn at one time or another. This last Spring I was cleaning up the yard and got into poison ivy and I am REALLY allergic. They brought me in that day and took care of me and I was so grateful.
