Colonoscopy and endoscopy

Upon arriving for my procedure scared and unsure. I was immediately put at ease during the prep and vitals by Shelly. She explained everything in such a way that put me at ease that it didn't matter what procedure they were going to do, i was ok with it. I had met Dr. Franklin when he performed my wife's Colonoscopy and she raved about him and his staff. So going to him for my Colonoscopy was a no brainer. He explained everything in such a way that anyone would be at ease going into this, but Shelly already had me relaxed and worry free. Thank you Dr Franklin and the entire staff.
