Dr. Kevin Bradley Garner, MD

My complaint is not with Dr. Garner, it is with his office staff. They are worthless. Every time I have tests done and need results, I'm the one having to do all the leg work by contacting the cardiologist and endocronoligist while they get paid to do nothing, but schedule appointments??? Something is wrong with this picture. They also don't know how to read your blood pressure. I'm someone who take blood pressure medicine daily and every time I go they tell me it's 120 over 80 when I just took my blood pressure myself and got a different reading. I called this out to Dr. Garner and brought in my own blood pressure reader and he compared it to his that the staff uses and he simply says Hmmm. Now the office manager will not forward my test results to the endocronologist and it's holding me up from being treated. To me this is his office staff that is playing politics with my health and the health of Dr. Garner's other patients that can lead to malpractice lawsuits if he's not… careful.

It is impossible to get these people to answer the phone in order to schedule an appointment!

very unprofessional office staff. They never seem to know what is going on, and are always loosing paperwork. My husband filled out the form for me to aquire his medical records and they lost the paperwork.

I like him very much, but the office staff with the exception of the receptionist is very rude & has dropped the ball many times. Liz his nurse is a very poor example, Ashley who makes appointments for MRI & X- rays & tests has lied to me just to cover her butt. Some members of his staff are very unprofessional.I don't want to change doctors, but might need to.

Being retired military, we had to find a civilian doctor since our medical benefits were terminated at Scott AFB. We found Dr. Garner probably 10+ years. We couldn't ask for a more professional doctor and staff. The staff is first rate, especially Christie. No problems getting appointments that suits our schedules and well as theirs. They always call us with results of tests within a few days of being taken. I highly recommend this doctor. They make going to the doctor almost a pleasure.

He is exactly what you want in a Dr. Professional, he listens, checks out the problem and if he couldn't help he referred you to someone who could. Kept switching before him but I am happy with him.
