I am most impressed with Dr Gaylord. He took a great deal of time with me and explained the procedures I was about to undergo. Top notch from start to finish.

Office overcharged me over 200 dollars for a post-op appointment that was included in the original cost of the procedure. I was told pre-op, procedure and post-op were all included in the price they quoted me at pre-op appointment. They sent me an extra bill for the post-op appointment, tried to fight it they would NOT give me MY money back. Service VERY poor, will NEVER go back

I had a lot of abdomenal pain due to my gstroparents, proviided him with reocords from other doctors I had been to including motility clinic specialists, and he proceeded to tell me gastroparesis does not cause pain. He also did not even ask me to lay on the table so that he could check my the part of my body that was hurting so badly.

My daughter was recently admitted to the hospital with a Chrons flare. Dr. Gaylord was on call for his group. During her hospital visit we requested for him to contact us. She has been hospitalized 3 days and he has not yet called us. It took him 36 hrs to visit her hospital room and he was rude and wouldnt answer any of her questions. When he was leaving the room she asked if she could call him if she had more questions and he said no. She believes that he would nt answer his questions because he had not taken the time to look up her case. No compassion for a child in the hospital and lack of concern for his patient.

This guy is horrible at breaking bad news. When he called me to inform of my dad's condition--he sounded tensed, flustered, and annoyed. He said that they were waiting for lab to confirm if my father had cancer. Up until now everyone including the nurses thought it was stomach ulcers so this was the first time the c-word was dropped. When I asked him to elaborate he got annoyed and asked me why I didn't understand what he was saying. I was taken aback and said "OK" he promptly hung up the phone.
