Dr. Kevin J Goodluck, MD

This man is condescending and does not listen. He also tries to instill fear where it is not necessary. Some of the the things he has said to me during my visits there are completely unethical and I am surprised he has not had more complaints or malpractice issues.

I've seen Dr. Goodluck for two appointments the past few months. He as thorough, thoughtful and answered all of my questions. I had a concern about billing, and I called his office to discuss my concerns. Dr. Goodluck returned my call personally, he listened to my concerns. He did not get defensive, and took my concerns seriously. A patient cannot ask for more than that! Excellent care.

Dr. Goodluck has been my doctor for the last 4 years. I have found him to be caring, attentive, interested in you and someone who listens. He understands we are not just a set of biological systems but a much more complex machine. As such, he knows that your mental health is a very important factor, how you feel, what issues might be in your way. He also does not push treatments on you in areas where you can have some input. I always feel I am in good hands. He is someone who practices medicine in a personal way, and makes you feel like YOU are important.

He listens well and is open to alternatives. I like how he tries to look at the whole picture of my health when I come with a specific issue. Dr. Goodluck explains my options fully and does not mind questions.

He is one of the most caring people - not just a caring physician - I have ever known. He listens and really hears and he makes good explanations. He doesn't "talk down". He is respectful.

We have been patients of Dr. Goodluck since 2011, when we moved to the Albuquerque area. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have him as our primary physician. He takes time with us and provides assurance that we will be well taken care of. He does not hesitate to refer us to a specialist if his diagnosis needs further study or confirmation or treatment. At the end of each visit he provides us with a hard copy of the treatment plan.

Very glad I selected Dr. Kevin Goodluck as my physician. He is thorough, knowledgeable and caring. His attitude about medicine and life are excellent.

I have found Dr. Goodluck to be very thorough in his evaluation. He responds to my questions and provides explanations following any lab work or tests. He listens and is quick to pick up on issues I may think about just as it is time to leave. He is very perceptive to my concerns and will order tests or suggestions to other physicians in order to coordinate care. I have been very pleased with my health care. sometimes receptionist staff can be curt, but efficient in scheduling or providing paper work for labs etc. Overall I have been very pleased in the care I have received and the follow-up. Sometimes I do have to call to get results from tests, but overall follow-up is good.

I was a patient of his for about a year and left because he had no expertise in chronic pain management. He never got my list of medications correct in my chart even though I gave him a printed copy at each visit. He doesn't have an answering service so if you call after business hours you leave a message on a machine. He diagnosed my husband with bursitis without doing any tests and it turned out to be cancer of the pelvic bone. You've been warned!

I WAS GREETED WELL BY RECEPTIONIST.DR.'S NURSE WAS EXTREMELY NICE.DR. GOODLUCK WAS COMPASSIONATE, THOROUGHAND ADDRESSED ALL OF MY CONCERNS.I FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITHDR. GOODLUCK. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
