Dr. Kevin Michael Groszkowski, MD

Very good doctor

I made an appointment to see Dr. Groskowski though the patient website for Annapolis Internal Medicine (after being on hold on the telephone for nearly 30 minutes). I took the day off work to go to the appointment, and arrived early. When I arrived, I was told he would not see me because I was a new patient and there was a waiting list for new patients. The receptionist told me there is a glitch in the website that allows people to make appointments without asking if they are new patients. When the receptionist explained the problem to Dr. Groskowski, he still refused to honor the appointment. He must be a very cold person. His staff even seemed shocked that he had the 30 minutes for me on his schedule, but didn't even walk out to speak to me or apologize for the mistake. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this practice (Annapolis Internal Medicine) over the past several years--the staff is generally not friendly, the other doctor I have seen there in the past was very rushed… and aloof. Today was the last straw. I know that I, and other patients, should receive much better care.

I was the first person in my family to see Dr. Kevin. Now my whole family sees him. My uncle alone drives from another state strictly to see Kevin and none of us would trade him or his staff for the world. We know the nurses family names, share holiday stories and really get to know one another. Every visit is like going to see a friend and I myself drive an hour and a half, not willing to switch. Being military, from a military background, I am used to dealing with doctors anywhere, everywhere and without a choice in the matter... I am now a veteran, and I can choose to keep this doc and I am. He is not a meds pusher, he believes in the least invasive methods possible. He takes time with his patients, not willing to rush them- and my uncle (and I) can talk- and he listens to what they think about what is working/not working. I am very grateful for him and I send everyone I know to him.

Excellent physician. Very compassionate, caring and knowledgeable professional. Takes his time with patients and genuinely cares about his them. Prompt with appointments, but takes his time to answer all questions. Highly recommended.

Dr. Kroszkowski is not only superior in up-to-date medical acknowledge, but he truly is a very caring physician.
