Everything about this surgery was a total sucess. Dr. Hansen has given me a new outlook on life. After 25 years of dealing with extreme pain and a frozen shoulder, good ole Doc Hansen replaced the worn out version and gave me back the ability to hug my wife. I am a believer..... kent nelson

Dr Hansen always spent extra time making sure everything was addressed and went above and beyond during my course of care. The same can be said for his assistant Rachel!

Our experience with Dr. Hansen's office was excellent! When our son broke his arm at school, they got us in quickly and we were helped by his friendly staff. When it came time to re-set the broken bone, Dr. Hansen was extremely careful and compassionate toward our son and helped take his mind off the painful situation (loved his assistant Rachel too - she did the actual casting). Follow up visits were just as great! Over-all, we were very impressed and grateful for a positive outcome for a non-desirable experience such as a broken bone!

Dr Hansen did a great job with my shoulder. Took a bit of time to get a new patient appointment but once we got over that hurdle everything was smooth sailing! I enjoyed working with Dr Hansen and his staff. Should the need arise, I will visit with him again!

Sat in waiting room for nearly an hour, then in examination room for 45 more minutes. Assistant responsible for ordering medication failed to get it. After a month's wait, asked the office manager for help---she had it the same day. A physicians assistant administered the injection, beginning with lidocaine to numb the injection area. He injected too much, causing a lidocaine bulge in my skin. More lidocaine ran down my leg. A nightmare!!!!

Bad surgery outcome. Dr. Hansen doesn't even examine me today when I came to him complaining about the swelling and severe soreness in shoulder. He just talked about my insurance doesn't pay him enough to correct the shoulder after his bad surgery. He was yelling at me about complaining. So we are at the ER to find out what did he do wrong. Mean and not caring doctor.

dr Hansen did my rotator cuff surgery and it was successful. That being said, I would never use him again for any problem. His office staff is rude and inconsiderate of patients time; my most recent followup appointment had 1 hour wait time for a 3 minute consultation where he didn't actually look at my face. I had a bad allergic reaction that I told him, his assistant and the surgery center about beforehand but I was ignored and had the exact same problem again. I only had 3 appointments with him including the surgery and he never once looked me in the eye. After my surgery, he did not report to my husband or me... I never saw or heard from him. I get more attentiveness from my auto repairman.

3 of my children have seen Dr. Hansen over the years. They have all received excellent care with good results. I would highly recommend.

I was scheduled for surgery at 5:45 am. I arrived on time, and after a 15 minute wait, I was told my surgery was cancelled - no reason given. When I called the office, they wouldn't tell me anything - it was like pulling teeth to find out why (and I'm still not sure). It took quite a while for them to schedule the surgery - which should have been a warning. I didn't heed it, but I recommend others do. These guys are awful at follow up, scheduling, and keeping patients notified. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Hansen performed my meniscus surgery. Knee hurts more now, 5 months later, than it did before the surgery. I don't think I needed it to begin with. He has no answers as to why it's more painful now and acts like I am an annoyance in his busy day. Every bad review on this site is exactly accurate.
