Dr. Kevin Lee Harris

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician. I came into the appointment calm, respectful, and hoping to discuss my concerns, but I was met with behavior that felt extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. After waiting about 20 minutes, the doctor entered the exam room and immediately focused on the computer rather than speaking with me directly. She was typing while speaking in a loud, angry tone, rushed through the interaction, and made me feel like I was a burden rather than a patient seeking care. At one point, she stated that he was the doctor and was “in control,” which came across as very condescending and inappropriate. he did not perform an examination, check my vitals, or take the time to listen to my concerns. The entire interaction was rushed, and I left the appointment feeling shocked, disrespected, and in tears. I never expected to be treated this way by a medical professional. This experience was deeply upsetting, and I hope this… feedback is taken seriously because no patient should leave a medical appointment feeling intimidated, dismissed, or humiliated. Then I changed my PCP , Dr Harris continued to monitor me and bad mouthed me to other doctors which is illegal and HIPPA violations.

I am extremely concerned about my experiences with Dr. Kevin L. Harris and the manner in which I have been treated as a patient. My interactions with Dr. Harris left me feeling that my concerns were not being heard or taken seriously. I did not feel genuine empathy, attention, or a patient-centered approach. Instead, I often felt dismissed and blamed rather than supported. During my appointments, Dr. Harris asked me personal questions that I found inappropriate and uncomfortable. I was very surprised that information or conversations involving him were later characterized differently, and that concerns were raised about me. This was extremely distressing because I felt I was being unfairly portrayed despite my efforts to communicate respectfully. I was also troubled by the fact that information about my situation appeared to be discussed with other providers. After I expressed that I did not want further interaction or involvement with Dr. Harris, I do not understand why my personal… situation continued to be a topic of discussion. As a patient, I expect my privacy, dignity, and trust to be respected. I have firsthand experience with Dr. Harris as my physician, and my concern is based on my own interactions and the impact they had on me. I believe patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard when seeking medical care. I am requesting that Kaiser carefully review my concerns, including the communication between providers, the handling of my patient information, and the overall conduct involved in my care. My goal is accountability, transparency, and ensuring that other patients receive the respectful and professional care they deserve.

Dr Kevin Harris is very manipulative and calculated doctor . Each patient has different perspectives and experiences, I unfortunately had a very traumatic and abusive relationship with this provider . He would get very upset and abusive when he would not get advances he made towards me, in fact he he reported me instead citing that it's patients fault only. He became very possessive of me and shared his family pictures with me. After I didn't respond to his advances he became very spiteful angry rigid towards me . Even though I changed doctors he kept tracking me and my chart , saying bad things about me to other doctors. He now has pin pointed down to just one cancer patient and asking her to write positive feedback about him , he knows what bad things he did to me . Patients should never feel scared isolated and abused by their doctors

This is the feedback about Dr .Kevin L Harris DO. While I understand each paitent is different and has different relationship with their doctor, Unfortunately, my experience with this doctor was extremely disappointing and distressing. Dr Harris is more focussed on building his own reputation, career than seeing a patient thoroughly. In my 40 years with Kaiser, I have had such good relationship with Doctors, we shared good conversations, however, this doctor actually bad mouthed me and lied about me to his Managers when he did not get what he wanted . He literally has his own family members write reviews for him Throughout the appointment, the doctor was rude, irate, dismissive, and repeatedly spoke to me in a demeaning manner. Despite remaining polite, respectful, and cooperative, I felt that I was constantly being put down rather than listened to as a patient. During the visit, the doctor stated that she was "the doctor" and had "authority" over me. I found these comments to be… intimidating, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate in a patient-provider relationship, which should be based on mutual respect and communication. The doctor did not perform an adequate evaluation or physical examination, did not meaningfully assess my symptoms, and did not prescribe or recommend any treatment or medication. Instead, she abruptly ended the appointment, left the examination room, and instructed her medical assistant to tell me to go to the Emergency Room without providing any explanation or discussing her clinical reasoning with me. I found this encounter to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, to have their concerns taken seriously, and to receive an appropriate medical evaluation before being dismissed. This experience undermined my trust in the care I expected to receive and caused me significant emotional distress.

Dr. Harris is the best doctor I have ever had. I have recommended him to several friends and family members, and every one of them has had a positive experience. Based on my experience with him, I simply do not believe the prior negative reviews. He is the reason our family has stayed with Kaiser. What truly sets Dr. Harris apart is the way he cares for his patients beyond the walls of his office. When I was hospitalized, he came to see me even though he didn't have to. He took the time to sit with me, explain what was happening, and make sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. Seeing a familiar physician during one of the most frightening times of my life brought an incredible sense of comfort. He also took it upon himself to call my family members personally to explain my diagnosis, answer their questions, and reassure them. He knew they were worried, and he treated them with the same patience, kindness, and respect that he showed me. That meant more to my family than I… can adequately express. In today's healthcare system, it's rare to find a physician who is not only exceptionally knowledgeable but also so deeply committed to his patients as people. Dr. Harris is brilliant, compassionate, and genuinely selfless. He never makes me feel rushed, always listens, and consistently goes above and beyond in ways that cannot be measured. I am profoundly grateful for his care, and I recommend him without reservation.

This is review for Kevin L Harris and his Manager . I has such a bad experience with this doctor, he literally lied to me on my face, incorrect diagnosis and medications , upon consultation with 2nd opinion that doctor told me that's not correct . Kevin harris is just there for his own gain, taking advantage of innocent patients who are vulnerable and asks patients inappropriate personal questions when patients decline he blames them and files false reports. This is totally unacceptable and gross behavior from a physician

This doctor is extremely horrible , terrible bedside manners. Very arrogant, rude and unprofessional doctor, he would not listen to patient concerns, rushing thru appts and not examining the patient. Very carelss doc, his MA said he is taking breaks, while patients waits , hes talking on cell phone, smoking, etc

Dr Harris is extremely inefficient, lazy and very negligent. He came after 15 minutes of waiting and looking at his cellphone, didn't acknowledge the patient and then turned his back on computer. Then he asked abruptly " Why are you here?" . This question was already asked by his MA, and then I repeated again, Then dr Harris said "What have you been doing about this pain? in a very loud angry tone. My family member said pls don't talk to patient in this manner , if you are upset we can see another doctor. He then abruptly left the room. Very unreliable and unprofessional doctor. He said he is running late to pickup his kids from daycare

After I did not respond to these comments, subsequent appointments felt uncomfortable — the doctor was rude, dismissive, and inflexible in ways that affected my care. I do not feel that this behavior is appropriate for a professional medical setting, and I would caution other patients to be aware of their interactions."
