Dr. Kevin Jerome Hasenauer, MD

When seeking help with relationship issues, we saw kevin for a few sessions. We felt that he was not really listening to our particular issues and just following a pre-set, book written method for solving our problems. We called to cancel one of our appointments with him at least 24 hours in advance per his cancellation policy and got his voice mail so, left a message cancelling our appointment. 2 years later, I find a collection item on my credit reports. I tried to explain what happened to the credit bureaus and the collection agency but, they have been very stubborn up to this point. Moral of the story is, don't use this guy. He can't help you and he will hurt you.

Sorry we went to him, glad to know we'll never go back.

Not a kind or attentive man. Poor communication skills with an apathetic vibe. Not good, not good at all.

I found this man to be a bully. Unkind and uninterested.

I can see how some patients might struggle with the demeanor of doctors. But, I needed straight answers and I got them. I found him very honest, detailed, and willing to listen. And, he has given advice on every visit that has helped me greatly.

Terrible physician. The worst choice we've ever unwittingly made.

Dr Hasenauer has been my personal physician for approximately 10 years. We have developed an excellent relationship. When I have questions or concerns about care or lab results Dr. Hasenauer thoughtfully responds. He is patient, thorough, and responsive.

I felt awful being in the presence of this doctor. His manners are poor and his concern is nonexistent. Most depressing office visit with a physician that I've ever had.

Our family has moved around the country quite a bit due to my husband's job requirements so we have seen many different physicians. Most of them were good, a few were not so great, but far and away the absolute worst was Dr. Kevin Hasenauer. His attitude borders on cruelty and he was completely ineffective in his diagnosis and treatments. I cannot stress enough how important it is to do a little research on this doctor before deciding whether or not to see him. I think that once you read the multitude of comments left by past patients, you'll seek care elsewhere. Good luck.

Dr. Hasenauer was the biggest mistake we've ever made in choosing a physician. Left him but still regret ever starting with him.
