For a practice that literally has a sign that says it is up to your child to relay their treatment progress to the parent, the front staff should be stellar and up-to-speed on every aspect of the practice. Unfortunately they aren’t. They are rude, condescending, and unresponsive. They are clueless. You can’t even leave a message with the operator, they’ve disabled that extension and it hangs up on you. They make scheduling mistakes that set your treatment back months because they schedule two months out, so if you miss the appointment, even if it’s their fault, “too bad.” And come to find out the info. in your file is wrong or incomplete so no one knows the progress of your child’s treatment. In addition, your child doesn’t see the orthodontist every visit. But the wait, OH THE WAIT EACH VISIT. Bring a long book because you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes before your turn even if you show up on time. Just go somewhere else, trust me.
