After graduating with honors from Washington State University, Dr. Johnson went on to earn his dental degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland. He served as a volunteer dentist and coordinator for Northwest Medical Teams, and he worked under two separate dentists in Washington before taking over a private practice in Canby. Dr. Johnson performs all aspects of family dentistry with an emphasis on quality and excellence in patient care.
Dr. Johnson possesses a passion for dentistry that drives him to seek the latest treatments and techniques. He especially enjoys treating children, and he is at the forefront of occlusal studies and implant therapy. Dr. Johnson’s professional memberships include the Academy of General Dentistry, the Oregon Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Clackamas County Dental Society.
Dr. Johnson and his wife are proud parents of daughter, Parker, and look forward to watching their family …grow. An avid outdoorsman, Dr. Johnson enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, golfing, fishing, athletics, and boating. He spends as much free time as possible with his family and his two dogs Timber and Wrigley.
Meet Our Team
Angie joined our office as a dental assistant in 2004, after graduating from Concorde Career Institute. A resident of Oregon City, she loves working side-by-side with our doctors to create confident, healthy smiles our patients will love. She has been happily married for 16 years, and nothing gives her greater joy than watching her two sons grow up.
Claudia comes to us all the way from Berlin. She holds a bachelor’s of science in dental hygiene, and she began her career back in 2000 at a family practice in the Northeast. She has been with our practice since 2009, and we love her gentle, yet thorough techniques. Outside of dentistry, Claudia enjoys traveling and cooking/eating nutritious meals.
Debbie has been a treasured member of our team since she first came to our Canby office in 1989. In addition to being a dental assistant, she takes at least 12 hours of continuing education every year and is a big help to us in our front office every day. When she’s not at the office, Debbie loves to travel and go camping with her family.
Kim has been in the dental industry for a total of 17 years, even though she just joined our office in 2011. Continuing her education is important to her, as is providing quality, and building strong relationships with each one of our patients. Her motto is, “Life is an adventure,” and when she’s not at work, she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, and traveling.
Leann began her career in the medical field and earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification from Clackamas Community College. An avid learner, Leann finds the ever-expanding field of dentistry a perfect fit. She loves being part of a team that shares her enthusiasm for helping patients reach optimal oral health. Originally from Molalla, Leann now calls Canby home. She and her fiancé, Steve, enjoy antiques, art, and power walking.
