Excellent service all the way around

Before and after visits were thorough and not rushed, questions answered effectively.

I have nothing negative to say. The doctor listened to my concerns and was able to have a plan in place on how to proceed. Also was told he is not just a GI Specialist but Is also a liver specialist so I am able to have him complete my care for both conditions. This is huge in my book because one condition can effect the other and having the same person for both is going to streamline things for me. The doctor was able to get the ball rolling on a speciality medication for me right away which is amazing. Once again, I only have positive things to say about him and his staff.

Didn't really have much of a conversation, but also did not get any explanation on results phone or mychart

The doctor did not address my concerns and I feel more hopeless than I did before. I was given a treatment I have already done.

Dr. Karls was condescending and dismissive. Did not address concerns and let me know that he had no interest in what I had to say.
