Dr. Kevin Achille Keller, MD

Dr. Keller takes care of my father and I couldn't ask for better care. He takes the time to listen, to understand everything that's going on, to explain everything in detail even if it means repeating himself over and over again, and provides excellent medical care. I don't know what I'd do without Dr. Keller and PartnerMD. Thank you for providing me with that peace of mind that my dad has the best in having you by his side to keep him as healthy as possible. Thank you!

PartnerMD has a phenomenal nursing staff and horrific doctors. I’ve been trying to resolve inflammation issues for years. Plan on “doctor” Keller stringing you along and refusing to provide help despite his oath and duty as a medical professional and buggy communication with COVID. At my worst, Kevin Keller has a smart mouth and enjoys chit chat over dealing with problems and addressing issues. I regret choosing and putting my trust in him as a concierge doctor that can’t be bothered to take care of patients needs. I am seeking out the VA medical board to have his license revoked.

Dr Keller is a fantastic Dr. Takes his time and listens to you. I have never had a Dr who takes so much time with me, gaining an understanding of what I am going through before making a thorough examination, treatment and or referral to a specialist.

I love to see Doctor Keller as he shows genuine concern for me as a person and then concern for my well being. He is thorough, courteous, professional with a great sense of humor. He is well versed in modern medicine and part of a team that is up to date with the most recent medical research. He follows up well and sticks with you until challenges are solved. He is comfortable in referring me to specialists if needed. He is a medical jewel and I feel fortunate to be able to see him as a patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Keller since 1985. He has moved his practice several times and I have continued to follow him including now that he's with PartnerMD. There have been times that I've had to wait a long time, but it was always worth the wait. He had the patience to keep working with me to get a diagnosis of a problem that had been ongoing. I have no problems with Dr. Keller and never have had any.

I have been a patient of Dr. Keller's for 22 years and have loved him as a dr. But, throughout the past maybe 5 years, the wait time to see him is unreal. It is not unlikely to wait 2 hrs. in his office to see him b/c he spends so much time with his patients. He treats you as someone in his family and will sit and listen to you all day. That's great if you're the pt that he's seeing, but if you're the sick pt in the waiting room, you would like for him to remember that he has 8 pt's backed up in the waiting room!

I never had the chance to test this doctor's knowledge of medicine. I was having what I considered to be an urgent problem one evening at 10:30 and placed a call to the doctor's exchange. He was the on-call doctor. Due to fatigue and a medical condition I am currently dealing with I was struggling to articulate the reason for my call. Within less than 30 seconds he had judged my call to be a pure annoyance to him and completely unecessary and and never listened to what I had to say. He proceeded to treat me with disrespect and condescension. I ended up just hanging up on him. Based on my experience he should not be practicing medicine. (Maybe he was just having a bad night.)
