Each time I have encountered Dr. Kingry's office staff (wife) she has been extremely rude. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I should've done my research prior to visiting this office as others have now also shared this feedback. No way I will ever return to this office.

Dr. Kingry and his staff are always professional and courteous. From dental work to cleanings, this dental practice always does a great job.

Do your research before seeing this dentist. Had a root canal done and some of the nerve was left in the tooth. Had headaches and an infection thinking it was something else when along it was the procedure this dentist done. Maybe mine was just a fluke but I would recommend seeing another dentist

The office staff is incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and unreliable.

I have been a client of Dr. Kingry for 3yrs now. In the past year I have been treated poorly by his staff not once but twice on separate occasions. I arrived early to my last appt. by 10 minutes hoping to be seen on time, especially since I am lactating, working full-time, and needed to go feed my 3month old baby. I waited until 15 minutes after my scheduled appt time to ask if/when I might be seen, that’s when the hygienist said she was just about ready for me. I asked if there was anyway to reschedule because I was now going to be late to pick up my baby from daycare and I was in pain due to lactating. The receptionist very rudely said, “You’ll have to pay a cancellation fee.” And I said that’s fine, I just didn’t know I’d be in such pain and I need to relieve myself. I offered to pay right then and she then said, “let me check on something, and she said you don’t need to pay since you’ve never canceled on us before.” I said ok, I appreciate that. But, today in the mail, only 4 days… after this happened, I received a $35 cancellation fee. I won’t be going back.
