Excellent staff, well organized

Dr Klein saved my husbands life 17 years ago and continues to give him the very best care. He has always been honest and explains everything so we can understand. I highly recommend Dr Klein to your loved ones

Stay Far Away from this place. I missed 2 appt time. 1 accidentally, and 1 I called in to say I have to reschedule to a medical emergency of a relative. On the one I accidentally missed, I requested a call the night before, they said no problem, never received one. I asked them why they said we would never do that. I also asked the lady to let me now about any cancellations, and she said no problem I will let you know. Now they say they never would do that also. They re scheduled me for another appt, and then called back saying I am sorry, because you missed an appt, we can no longer schedule you. This place lies very bad, and obviously does not care about the patient, only money hungry. Find another cardiologist that cares about you!!

I have always been very pleased with Dr. Klein and his staff. The doctor diagnosed my problem right off and I was most pleased. No further issues since my stent was placed.

His office manager was rude and unprofessional. His office staff was more concerned with a billing issue than the health issue I was calling about. His office manager interrupted me, was rude, and wouldn't give me a chance to speak uninterrupted. I had to practically bargain with her to get her to address my health before the billing. I was appaulled especially since I had been a patient for years!
