I had a great experience meeting Dr. Knox for the first time for a consult prior to scheduling carpal tunnel release surgery. He was very friendly, easy to talk with, reassuring about the diagnosis and procedure and happy to answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and was treated like my situation was just as important as any other patient's. From the time I walked into the door to when I left, the entire staff was very welcoming and caring.

Dr. Knox is knowledgeable, talented, and provided me with a world class experience. My thumb pain is gone, and I’m Back!! Thank you Dr. Knox and OSMS staff!

Dr. Knox is friendly, knowledgable, and works to make his patients comfortable. He makes them comfortable by explaining medical terms in terms non-medical people can understand. He provides options when available and helps (but does not push) a patient to make decisions regarding the path forward.

Dr. Knox does a very thorough job explaining what the issue is and in a way that is easily understood.

Dr. Knox was the first hand surgeon I saw after a 3 hour ambulance ride from northern indiana down to Indianapolis after I flipped a chevy blazer and got my arm caught between the door and ground. My local doctors had told me they couldnt deal with the extensive damage because they didnt know how to and that i should prepare myself in the ambulance ride that i would lose my arm. In the muddle of the night i arrived at iu health and doctor knox was not far behind and he told me he would do his best to save my arm and he went far and above my expectations. I got to keep my hand and have function of it. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor. Very professional and friendly, goes into details and makes sure your aware of what outcome it could be. Very attentive to questions asked and always poliet with responses. If i ever have problems with my hand you can be sure dr. Knox is the only doctor i will see.

Needed to be seen for my hand, and was told by a friend who is a doctor, that I needed to go to Indiana Hand Center. I was heading out of town for a week, and needed to be seen soon. Was given the option to be seen on Saturday morning, and Dr Knox was the physician working. He was professional, took his time with my questions and took care of my hand problem. I would definitely go to him again if I ever needed to.
